SCHOOL OF PURPOSE — MINISTRY & KINGDOM SERVICE TRACK
DESCRIPTION
The Ministry & Kingdom Service Track of the School of Purpose is designed to equip believers who desire to discover, develop, and fulfill their God-given assignment in ministry and Kingdom service.
This track goes beyond simply teaching students how to function in church. It focuses on purpose discovery, spiritual formation, ministerial development, leadership, biblical knowledge, service, evangelism, and practical ministry effectiveness.
Students are trained to understand their identity in Christ, recognize their gifts and calling, develop spiritual maturity, serve faithfully, lead responsibly, and translate divine purpose into practical Kingdom impact.
The program is built around a simple progression:
DISCOVER → DEVELOP → DISCERN → SERVE → LEAD → IMPACT
The goal is to raise believers who do not merely desire a ministry title, but who understand the responsibility, character, discipline, sacrifice, and spiritual preparation required to serve God’s purpose effectively.
Through biblical teaching, practical assignments, spiritual development, mentorship, and ministry exposure, students are prepared for different areas of Kingdom service including pastoral ministry, evangelism, teaching, missions, worship, leadership, discipleship, prayer ministry, children’s ministry, media ministry, and other expressions of Christian service.

- MINISTRY & KINGDOM SERVICE TRACKDISCOVERING PURPOSE & CALLING COURSE DESCRIPTION Discovering Purpose & Calling is a foundational School of Purpose course designed to help believers understand why God created them, who they are in Christ, what they have been entrusted with, and how to recognize the direction of their Kingdom assignment. Many people desire impact but have not first settled the questions of identity, purpose, calling, gifts, and responsibility. This course establishes that foundation. The course is structured around four major dimensions: PURPOSE → CALLING → GIFTS → IDENTITY Students will discover that purpose is not merely a career choice, a ministry title, or a personal ambition. It is connected to God's intention for a person's life and the contribution that person is called to make within God's Kingdom. The course will also help students distinguish between purpose and profession, calling and ambition, spiritual gifts and natural abilities, and identity and public recognition. Through biblical teaching and practical application, students will be challenged to examine their passions, burdens, experiences, abilities, spiritual gifts, and convictions while submitting them to Scripture and God's direction. COURSE OBJECTIVES By the end of this course, students should be able to: Explain the biblical meaning of purpose. Understand God's intention for human life. Recognize the relationship between identity and purpose. Understand the difference between calling and ambition. Identify potential indicators of divine calling. Recognize and develop spiritual gifts. Distinguish natural abilities from spiritual gifts. Understand the importance of spiritual maturity before public assignment. Serve without depending on titles or recognition. Begin developing a personal purpose and calling framework. THE FOUR COURSE MOVEMENTS 1. FOUNDATIONS Understanding the biblical foundation of purpose and Kingdom responsibility. 2. DISCOVERY Recognizing calling through burden, passion, gifts, encounters, vision, and obedience. 3. DEVELOPMENT Identifying and developing spiritual gifts and ministry capacity. 4. IDENTITY Establishing ministry and purpose from one's identity in Christ rather than from insecurity or the desire for recognition. KEY SCRIPTURES Ephesians 2:10 Jeremiah 1:5 Romans 8:28–30 1 Corinthians 12:4–11 Ephesians 4:11–13 2 Timothy 1:9 John 15:16 Galatians 2:20 COURSE OUTCOME The objective is not simply for students to say, “I have found my purpose.” The deeper goal is for them to understand: WHO I AM → WHY I EXIST → WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN ME → WHAT I AM CALLED TO DO → HOW I SHOULD SERVE Purpose becomes powerful when identity produces clarity, clarity produces obedience, and obedience produces impact.
